Meet Hayden Burtis, State Farm Agent

I'm Hayden Burtis, a second-generation State Farm agent proudly serving Bloomington-Normal and the surrounding Central Illinois communities.

Before opening my agency in January 2026, I spent nine years building my insurance career through both agency operations and State Farm's claims organization. That experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of the insurance process—from helping customers choose the right coverage to assisting them when they need it most after a loss. Having worked on both sides of the business allows me to provide practical guidance and recommendations based on real-world experience.

I earned bachelor's degrees in Insurance and Finance from Illinois State University, and I use that education every day to help individuals, families, and business owners make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

At home, we're also kept busy by our four pets—our dogs, Freddie and Nala, and our cats, Ham and Kiwi.
