Meet Hayden Burtis, State Farm Agent

I'm Hayden Burtis, a second-generation State Farm agent proudly serving Bloomington-Normal and the surrounding Central Illinois communities.

Before opening my agency in January 2026, I spent nine years building my insurance career through both agency operations and State Farm's claims organization. That experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of the insurance process—from helping customers choose the right coverage to assisting them when they need it most after a loss. Having worked on both sides of the business allows me to provide practical guidance and recommendations based on real-world experience.

I earned bachelor's degrees in Insurance and Finance from Illinois State University, and I use that education every day to help individuals, families, and business owners make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

My agency helps customers with:

• Auto Insurance

• Homeowners Insurance

• Renters Insurance

• Condo Insurance

• Life Insurance

• Business Insurance

• Health Insurance

• Pet Insurance

• Personal Articles Insurance

We believe insurance should be personal—not one-size-fits-all. That's why we take the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and recommend coverage that fits your unique situation.

Outside the office, I've always enjoyed staying active through sports, including golf, basketball, baseball, football, pickleball, and volleyball. My wife, Andi, works alongside me in the agency, and together we're excited to continue growing our business while building our family here in the Bloomington-Normal community.

At home, we're also kept busy by our four pets—our dogs, Freddie and Nala, and our cats, Ham and Kiwi.

Whether you're relocating to Central Illinois, reviewing your current insurance, or looking for guidance as your life changes, our team is committed to providing knowledgeable service, honest conversations, and long-term support. We know choosing an insurance provider is an important decision, and we're grateful for the opportunity to earn your business.

Stop by our office, give us a call, or send us a text. We'd love to answer your questions, introduce you to our team, and help you protect what's most important to you.
